Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sando pieces. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the hygiene liner and tags attached.

1. Email sandowear@outlook.com with your order number.
2. We'll send return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
