Shipping

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders arrive within 7–14 business days and ship with tracking. Orders over 200 EGP equivalent may qualify for complimentary shipping where available.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the hygiene liner and tags attached. To start a return, contact us at sandowear@outlook.com with your order number.

Product Care

Rinse your swimwear in cold fresh water after each use, hand wash gently with mild detergent, and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid wringing, machine washing, tumble drying, and prolonged contact with chlorine, oils, and rough surfaces.
