We want you to love your Sando pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the hygiene liner and tags attached.
How to start a return
- Email sandowear@outlook.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
